Operation instructions
I. power on self inspection
1. Connect the power supply, input, output, alarm and other wiring of the instrument according to the instrument terminal wiring diagram.
2. Check the wiring of the instrument carefully, and turn on the power supply only after it is correct.
3. After the power is turned on, the instrument displays helo to indicate that the instrument has passed the self-test. The instrument uses the form of man-machine dialogue to input parameters and various prompts to prompt the data to be input. The upper row of the instrument displays the measured value, and the lower row displays the j1ha alarm value.
II. Key function
■ - press this key to clear under working condition. The reset terminal can also be reset after short circuit with the public ground.
En - in the setting state, it is used to store the new setting value of the parameter and enter the next setting parameter.
▲ - used to increase the set value in the setting state.
In the setting state, it is used to reduce the setting value.
Ⅲ. Parameter setting
Press and hold the en key for about 1 second, the upper row of the instrument will display - CD -, and the lower row will display 800. Use the ▲ key to set 800 to 808, and then press the en key to enter the parameter setting state. The input of other values is invalid, which is mainly to prevent the field operators from mistakenly modifying the parameters.
(1) Dot1: the number of decimal places of the measured value. If the total length to be measured is 300 mm, dot1 = 1 or dot1 = 0 can be set.
(2) K1: coefficient K1, the number of decimal places of K1 is determined by dot1.
(3) Dot2: number of decimal places of coefficient K2.
(4) K2: coefficient K2. Instrument coefficient is K1 / K2, instrument display value = count value × K1 / K2.
For example, if 20 pulses correspond to 0.5mm and need to display - 199.9 ~ 999.9, you can set dot1 = 1, K1 = 0.5, dot2 = 0, K2 = 20; if you need to display - 1999 ~ 9999, it is understood that K1 / K2 = 0.5 / 20 = 5 / 200 = 1 / 40, so you can set dot1 = 0, K1 = 5, dot2 = 0, K2 = 200 or K1 = 1, K2 = 40.
(5) J1h-j1relay alarm mode. When it is set to 1, it means alarm when it is higher than the set value of the first alarm point (upper limit alarm), when it is set to 2, it means alarm when it is lower than the set value of the first alarm point (lower limit alarm), when it is set to 0, it means alarm at this point is prohibited and not used.
(6) J2-h-j1relay alarm mode.
(7) J1ha - 1st alarm point setting value. (closed when Hao is set to 0)
(8) J2ha - 2nd alarm point setting value.
(9) TS - alarm reset delay time, unit: second. When the instrument is in alarm state, after delay TS seconds, the relay will automatically reset and disconnect, and the count value will be cleared. If it is set to 0, the relay will not reset automatically.
(10) Bs-l - lower range of transmission output.
(11) Bs-h - upper limit of transmitting output range.
(12) Addr - communication address, i.e. instrument number, range 1-99.
(13) Baud - baud rate of communication, range 1200-9600.
If - end appears, it means that the instrument parameters have been set, and the instrument will enter the working state 2 seconds later.
If the parameter is not changed for 12 seconds during the setting process, the instrument will automatically return to operation.
Alarm function:
(1) when the instrument enters into the alarm state of the alarm point of the j1relay, the normally open contact of the j1relay is closed and the j1light is on.
(2) when the instrument enters the alarm state of J2 alarm point, J2 normally open contact is closed and J2 light is on.
Communication Description:
The instrument can be equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces to communicate with computers directly. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be connected. RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, only one instrument can be connected. TXD, RXD and GND of RS232 interface are respectively connected to pins 2, 3 and 5 of computer serial port. The data format is 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no verification and 1 stop bit.
The device adopts standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, which can connect with almost all configuration software. It can connect configuration software at home and abroad, such as Kingview, force control, century star, fix, InTouch, etc., which saves users from the trouble of connecting software. When using the configuration software, the equipment to be selected is Modicon PLC, Modbus RTU address type, and the data is 16 bits of integer type. Use the configuration king register from 4001, and other configuration software may start from 3001.
Parameter code parameter name meaning
4x0001 PV1 measurement data high
4x0002 PV2 measured value data low
Example: read the PV (PV = 123456) value of the instrument with address 1
Data sent is 01 03 00 00 02 C4 0b
The return data is 01 03 04 00 01 E2 40 E2 A3
Where 01 is the address of the instrument, 03 is the function number, 00 00 is the starting address of the register, 00 02 is the number to be read, C4 0b is the check code, E2 A3 in the returned data is the check code, 00 01 E2 40 corresponds to the measured value. Note: measured value = high × 65536 + low. During configuration, the user can also select 4x0004, the data type is long, and the system automatically calculates the cumulative measurement.
